The olive mill
Vivelia is flanked by a large network of associates, mostly small producers, with a solid philosophy that is based on the excellent quality of olive oil, top organoleptic properties and natural agricultural practices and depends on the purest way of treating olive trees so that they can produce the best possible varieties of extra virgin olive oil from all over Greece.
In order to meet the ever-increasing needs and the desire for consistent top quality of extra virgin olive oil, we undertook the operation of an olive mill located in Agia Paraskevi, Viotia, situated on an area of 10 decares of land, in a comfortable and functional building of 600 sq.m, which has two processing units. The two state-of-the-art Decanter Alfa Laval X32 and NX X35 dominate every production-processing line consisting of a total of 16 malaxation machines and 5 centrifugal separators.
Using our experience, putting our very souls, creativity and love in what we are doing, in conjunction with the use of the most advanced machinery in Europe, we can safely guarantee the best possible result for our extra virgin olive oil that is constantly produced at a low temperature of 26 degrees Celsius. The overall dynamics of the mill are almost 10 tons of olives per hour, making us one of the largest mills in the whole region of Viotia.
